The Art Works for Change has availability for 2013-14 booking for its “Off the Beaten Path: Violence, Women, & Art”. This traveling exhibit would make a fabulous way for any woman’s organization or art gallery/museum to draw attention for its mission and objective or give added impact for a specific theme of an event or project.

Featuring the artwork of thirty-three international artists that addresses the pressing and pervasive issue of violence against women and girls globally, and their basic human rights to a safe and secure life. The exhibition contrasts the highest integrity of art with important social messaging and storytelling to help create awareness, inspiration, and address systems for positive social change and action.
Artists include Marina Abramović, Louise Bourgeois, Mona Hatoum, Amal Kenawy, Wangechi Mutu, Miri Nishri, Yoko Ono, Joyce J. Scott, Hank Willis Thomas, among others. Since 2009, the exhibition has traveled to Norway, Mexico, United States, and will be touring venues in Canada and South Africa in 2013. The exhibition has openings in 2013 and 2014.
